A quotation is not a confirmed order unless accepted by the customer and subsequently confirmed by Trivikram Techstore.

New products are supplied in accordance with the applicable manufacturer/distributor warranty and terms, wherever such warranty is provided.

Warranty coverage, duration and service procedure may vary by manufacturer and product.

Manufacturer warranties generally cover manufacturing defects and may not cover physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, electrical damage, software-related issues or other exclusions specified by the manufacturer.

Customers are advised to review the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms for the specific product.

8. Refurbished and Pre-Owned Products

Refurbished, renewed, used or pre-owned products are sold in accordance with the specific condition, configuration and warranty information communicated for the particular product.

Such products may show reasonable signs of previous use, including cosmetic marks, minor scratches, wear or other indications of prior usage.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Refurbished products are not represented as brand-new products.
• Accessories may differ from those supplied with the original product.
• Original packaging may not be available.
• Battery health, cosmetic condition and included accessories may vary.

9. Software and Software Licences

10. Repairs and Technical Services

When a device is submitted to Trivikram Techstore for repair, diagnosis, upgrade, maintenance or other technical service:

• The device may be inspected and diagnosed before final repair approval.

• Repair estimates may change if additional faults are discovered after opening or testing the device.

• Replaced components may be retained or returned to the customer where applicable and as agreed.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect the device during service; however, electronic devices may contain pre-existing faults, physical damage, corrosion, liquid damage or other conditions that can affect repairability.

11. Customer Data and Data Recovery

Customers are strongly advised to maintain a current backup of all important data before submitting a computer, laptop, storage device or other electronic equipment for repair, upgrade or servicing.

Trivikram Techstore will take reasonable care while handling customer devices; however, we do not guarantee the preservation, recovery or integrity of customer data unless a specific written data-recovery service agreement states otherwise.

Repair, hardware failure, storage-device failure, operating-system issues or technical procedures may result in loss, corruption or inaccessibility of data. Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data.

Where a device contains sensitive, confidential or personal information, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to provide the device and permit the requested service.

12. Passwords, Accounts and Access

Certain services may require passwords, administrator credentials, device unlock codes, Microsoft/Google/Apple accounts or other access information.

Customers should provide only the information reasonably required to perform the requested service.

Where possible, customers should remove personal accounts, confidential information and unnecessary credentials before submitting a device.

Trivikram Techstore will not knowingly access personal information unrelated to the requested service. However, technical servicing may require access to operating systems, applications, settings or files necessary to diagnose or complete the requested work.

13. Warranty on Repairs and Upgrades

15. No Returns, Replacements or Refunds

All sales are final. Trivikram Techstore does not accept returns, replacements or refunds for products or services once an order has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Trivikram Techstore.
